everything drawn in photoshop....for the green leaves, used default shape tool, duplicate and free transform....
I removed the main red color layer of the fish and have uploaded again

Hi author. You did a nice work here, I like the underwater plants... the fish looks a little transparent, well, I would say that there are transparent fish, but this is your creation and I just say.... good luck!!!

George55: Thanks for ur comments....in step 11 you see that i had drawn the fish(since i dont have a tablet, i had drawn the main fish sketch in illustrator and then opened it in ps.....)...started shading on seperate layers.....I dont know what went wrong but after i completed my whole image, it was very blurry....so i removed the main sketch layer(which was made in illustrator) and in the final result you see only the shaded layers....that is why they look transparent..
