good one.., but it looks a little flat.., maybe shading the bottom right of the face (cheek and chin ) will make some difference.. good luck

She doesn't really look scared, looks more "lost in thoughts" or paying attention to something. It's a very good drawing, amazing details.

Nice render, but it's too blurry. I think you over used the smudge tool.
I also think its kinda blurry,maybe you can fix it with the brun tool or a small size soft brush .
