Nice to see an entry in this contest, it’s a very nice idea not so sure it is on theme tho and IMHO it looks to be unfinished…..maybe spend a bit more time on it...you have a couple of days to play with. Plus I would like to know if you use any references for the old man if so can you please post them.

ok i was not really sure what the theme is about i thought it must be a drawing of a old man .the old man is a personal pic of my uncle i dont have it on the computer so i can t post it

Nicely excecuted, especially the eyes are noticeable and the skin tone is suitable with the winter. But, should the wind be a bit more visible? I feel the beauty, the coldness and just a mild breeze, which should be more focused. Moreover, seems like you use "complex brush" to make the ice flakes (as defined by the guideline for digital painting contest, and not allowed to be used), maybe it depends on the mod, but you should notice. I'll try to make the wind more visible, but the snowflakes, I made my own snowflake and then used the brush optins to scatter, size and etc. thank you for the comments (and faves)!!

I think this is the reference for your work (http://faestock.deviantart.com/art/Spring15-136642389). I found it by chance and I'm sure this is the one you used but you didn't mention about that in your SBS. The author of this image is famous in DA and have some strict stock rule, what if she finds out this one?

Jaesco21, thanks for pointing that out... The only filter I used is a "plastic wrap" which I can easily remove if it's not allowed? but I'll take it off anyways... (fixing it asap )
