This will aid in learning how to use Bryce's mask render. This feature can help create advanced pictures by allowing you to protect certain areas of a rendered image in an image editor. You will need an image editor for this tutorial. These techniques should be applicable to other editors as well.

The Bryce4 Sky Lab is a very powerful area, however one of its shortcomings is the lack of ability to have multiple suns. In this tutorial, we will discuss a technique to create multiple suns within Bryce. This tutorial will work in Bryce 3 and Bryce 4...it will not work in Bryce 2 because it lacks volumetric materials.

The new Bryce 5 Tree Lab is a great feature for making all four essential components
of a tree: tree overall shape, tree trunk, tree branches and tree foliage.
Now we are going to add a fifth component (with some limitations) - Tree Fruits.
The secret formula is ... to substitute branches and trunks with forms and textures imitating Fruits!
All 3D images are straight out of Bryce 5 with no post work or image processing.
