cut the blue ball from the source image, use the warp tool to make the pieces, some pieces neede masking and/or liquify to fit better

Use some layers in multiply mode to make the shadows, do this with a soft round brush using dark blue and black for them, don't forget to create clipping masks with previus layers to keep in borders

Create the new world resizing the ball, use warp again to bump up the place for the figures, some masking needed to blend the new parts in the "floor"

Warp the legs from the first figure and the hip from the second one to put them in the world

Create a general shadow, duplicate the dummy layers, use Image>Adjstments>Hue/Saturation (ctrl+U) and put the lightness to -100 to create a black shape, transform this shape and smudge it a bit, mask it a bit too to make it more realistic.
