Added the fountain and changed the colouring to suit the background and make it a little more interesting. I also flipped the image, skewed, distorted[ripple] to make the reflection. Sized it and placed where it looked best.

Added the water which I cropped from the fountain source, [source1] which was a pain! and cropped the seagull from my other personal pic and put it onto the fountain to make it fit into the picture more.

Added an overlay to olden the photo and help fix the fountain into the background.
