This is the initial selections that I have worked with.

I have selected pizza's edge separately as I was going to make it look thicker.

Started to create the wedding cake. Lots of warping, perspective and distort to make it match the initial cakes layers. Masking between top pizzas and thick edges.

Continued in the same manner with the next cakes.

Made the last top cakes using only the edge of the pizza for perspective purposes.

Selected all roses using the quick selection tool, changed color to red, duplicated roses layer, desaturated and changed blending mode to overlay. Also played with brightness and contrast and lower opacity down just a touch.

Made a separate selection of the plates and metal stand as I wanted to change their color as well.

Changed color of the plates and stand to red. Added shadows to it and to the roses as well.
Using the rule tool I have corrected the wedding cake position as it was a little bit out of the vertical in the initial photo.
Added glitter backround, some shadows and lights using gradients.
