Here the seahorse has been masked out and color changed using Adjust/color and balance. Later I changed it again adding more red to get a lavendar shade.

Here ornamentation from horse is ready to transfer to seahorse.

Here the mane and spine are duplicated and masked and recolored ready to put on seahorse.
step 5 of 6
Final color is added to mane and tail using airbrush, paintbrush, and smudge tools.
step 6 of 6
Finally, lights are brought up in background using Adjust/color and brightness. Mirror was touched up with airbrush and smudge tools.
