After masking the lantern and flipping it, created a stem with pen tool.

After using dodge and burn to create lines, applied Bas Relief

Adjusted color; rearranged light panels; warp, smudge blur to blend

Made tall squash same way: mask lantern, adjust contrast or use clone stamp to soften / blend black lines; smudge tool to blend. Duplicated pumpkin stem layer, adjusted color; added craquelure

To create shadows, duplicated layer, turned down both brightness and contrast to 0 (black).

"Squeeze" the shadow layer down

Skew shadow layer to (hopefully) the correct light angle.

To make grapes, circle shape taken from original lantern

Circle layer duplicated many times to create nice bunch

Hue Saturation layer used to tint grapes. Brightness and contrast were adjusted, bevel and emboss applied for orb shape

Leaf created with pen tool, filled. Added layer to apply contrasting/shadowy color. Smudged to blend.

Circular gradient applied to image on separate layer to enhance focused, lighter center and darker edges

Changed background color through color balance. Background and table are just two rectangle shapes.
