Ocean colors were changed w Adjust/color and balance/brightness/contrast tools. Boat was masked with eraser tool.

Sky and ocean are color changed using Adjust/color and balance, brightness and contrast tools. Boat is masked and added to ocean, using eraser and airbrush to blend into the water.

Before adding the seagull (which I gave a slightly yellow/orange relection of the sunset), I chopped the right side of the boat from a separate background copy, then horizontally flipped it (Transform too), then worked on shadows beneath the boat using burn tool as well as clone stamp.
