Mirrored half of the head, liquified the forehead and nose shapes.

Result of step 1. Then I started tweaking him to make him more asymmetrical, and removed a lot of skin blemishes.

Now he's pretty cleaned up, and not so symmetrical. Lots of patching, cloning & blending. Also made the cloth elements slightly different.

Added the matte and frame.

Changed final proportions of the head.
