A Work in Progress: Nothing has changed really!!!

Well creating this is no biggie... Just need some imagination, some pen tool skill and lots a stock photo lol :P

Well after creating a document, i pasted the 3 monkey pose and trimmed them in separated layer... After some resizing and moving I get this...

I also made 3 layer groups past, present and future... So later on it will be easier for me to arrange all the stuffs...

Now cutting and pasting other stocks and arranging it...

I get this...

Now I add a sunset as the background...

Well now you must have noticed, how the different pics differ( in brightness & contrast) from each and the background image...

Now making a different brightness & contrast adjustment layer for different layer...

Also clipping each respective adjustment layer to it's intended layer...

That way the different setting won't overlap each other... And this is what I get...

Now I added hue and saturation adjustment layer to each layer( same as what I did with B&C adjustment layer)...

Also I used an silhouette of the grave layer instead of it's image...

And I changed the blending mode of the masked soldier layer( shown in red circle) to overlay... So I didn't use a H&S adj. layer for that layer...

Then using a single barb, using some cut paste and layer merge... Made 2 layers of barb wires to make the section of past, present and future...

Also used adjustment layer of H&S and B&C for both barb wire layers...

Now added text in it... For the "Don't ........" texts I used the following setting...

Font: Bombardier
Size: 8 pt
Horizontal Tracking: 300

And for the "Has Anything Changed At All?"...

Font: Upheaval -BRK-
Size: 24 pt
Horizontal Tracking: 300

Also for "Has Anything...." layer I used a layer style of strikeout of 3 px with the color white...

Using a black and white layer and some masking... The bordering is done...

Almost done now... I thought of giving noise here, but for some reason dropped it...

Now flattening everything except the text and the border... Made a duplicate layer of the flattened layer...

Now going to Filter->Stylize->Diffuse and choosing the anisotropic option for the top layer... Now i created a clipping adjustment layer for the top layer( B/C: 11/21)...

Now putting the blend mode to soft light and adjusting the opacity to 75%, faked off an bloom effect...

So this is the finished piece...
