Okay so i took the foot from the source image that is offered from here and with the pen tool took the foot from the photo. Added it into the this image. Then went back over to the image with the foot that i used the pen tool to take the foot out of the background of the image rotated the canvas to make it look like both feet are sticking out from under the blanket... coming out to be beside the kitty.

Then with the pen tool i took the baby out of this pic, then used the erase tool to clean up the edges alittle more... and used the part of the image that i wanted and placed it on the image of the kitty with the feet coming out from underneath the blanket. :)
