First crop the image so you have only the left side left. Then change canvas size, and move the image to the bottom of the "canvas".

Create a scenery using your imagination. Use a small brush and zooming to paint around the flower. You can also smudge a little bit from green to red and from red to green.

Create the details by zooming in and using a small bruch. I use a lot of multiply tool to create shadow lines.

Create a lake and smudge out the rocks and the water to make it look smoother.

Create some trees to give the scenery an extra depth.

This is an easy way to create a tree. I used a fairly big brush for this example. The smaller the brush the more detail you can give the tree.
Start with a dark color to create the branches and the shadowed leaves. Then brush over the dark with green, a light yellow/orange and an almost white for the highlights.
