Duplicated and flipped that layer then masked out a little more. Also, did a little free transforming to match up the edges

When you put steps one and two together there is an empty spot in the middle so I duplicated the layer again and moved that to the back and repositioned it to fill the gap. Then blended the edges of everything to give it a clean look.
In this step I also cloned out the reflection on one side and cleaned up the edges all around.

A simple black oval with a heavy gaussian blur made a new shadow.
