condense the rust wall to fit the face with liquify, contrast the face so the teeth go bright white and merge it back into the other face with erase and opacity (Hue for flesh tones)

final blend of body and head, wash out the t shirt to get rid of any copyright problems. used erase tool etc and blur on the edges to seal
