Duplicated image and did some color adjustments (sorry I don't remember what right now, I started this some time back). I used Gaussian blur around 25 pixels.

Before adding Gaussian blur I made a duplicate copy of image with the adjustments rendered. This image is on top of the blurred image set to multiply.

Added some light makeup and retouched the lips.

Mask image to retrieve original hair.
