Firstly removed distracting articles eg. hair on face, bangle and used the clone tool to remove blemishes.

I felt her body/arm was a different colour to her face, so using colour balance tools i made her arm more similar to her face. selecting her face i added a gaussian blur, then removed the blur from the important features ie, eyes mouth etc

Lastly i applied the High Pass filter and then brushed softly over the eyes, mouth and hair to add detail and "Sparkle" to the image.
