I started off with the eliptical marquee tool and selecting a circle on photo #2. Then i used distort--> spherize on 100% twice. then i pasted that on the photo #1

i used warp to make that chrome part fit to the cherry and copied that layer and used burn and dodge to create some depth.

then i added the reflections of nearby objects - a cherry to the left, the one on far right and the stem and warped them too the way i THINK they would reflect. i then selected the original cherry, copied it and pasted it on the top layer. sat that layer to overlay. Finally, i added some shadows for more depth (quite subtle) and there it is! hope you find this useful!
