Did a basic cutout of the mask and placed it where I wanted it to go. Resized it, then transformed it so that light sources were correct and rotated into position.

Masked out the mask leaving only the headpiece and mouth.

I created a color overlay on the mouth area. I then duplicated all the layers and merged them. Using the patch tool I placed the skin texture around the mouth area.

I then cut out the mask section that covered the eyes and placed it over the hand. Again I used transform and a layer mask.

I then masked this part of the mask so that it looked like she was holding it.

I then added some shadowing to the headpiece and to the mask in her hand.

I then sharpened the image and made some color adjustments to finish it.
