Hand is extracted, and duplicated, followed by a plastic wrap.

Over a white BG I used a brush to paint in outer space.

Finish painting in space BG and colored the sizable planet.

Add rainbow gradient to painted BG

add city to hands, ideally you would take the time to kill the sharp edges, but I didn't care to on this one.

Add Sphere behind city, paint in clouds, lights, and pink filter. Thats it.
