Today I'm gonna tell you how to create stunnig and dramatic fireball! I used different techniques to create it and think some of you could find it useful...
Now lets begin!
Background:
fill background with gradient: 310101, 7d1a00, ff9600, ffc000, fffcc8. Create new layer on top filter-clouds, blending soft light and opacity 80%.

Fire:
Create new layer on top, draw fire with some fire brushes (you can easily find'em in goolge), then go to layer effects (double click on the layer) and use fire patterns (google as well). Create new layer and merge it with fire layer, then took gradient fill and fill fire with the same gradient we use for background, opacity 45%. Next step take eraser, shoose soft brush and lower opacity to about 50% and erase tongues of flame. Now create couple more layers with fire usinf the same technique.

Fireball part 1
create new layer, make round selection with eliptical maquee tool, set foreground and background colors to orange and yellow, render-clouds. Duplicate it 3 times.
On the 2nd layer use 2 filterы distort- glass, artistic- plastic wrap.
3rd layer distort- diffuse glow, blend overlay, opacity 60%.
4th layer - sketch - chrome, blend overlay.

Fireball part 2
Create new layer, set b&w as foreground and background, filter-render- clouds, then difference clouds, after that also apply plastic wrap. Add layer mask and mask out (using radial gradient) center part (radius a bit bigger then fireball's). Using color balance change the color of it to more orange-yellow and set blending to overlay, opacity to 35%. Merge all fireball's layers and use filter-distor- spherize +100. Then go to layer effects inner glow (orange, screen blending, opacity 50%, size 140), outer glow (orange, screen blending, opacity 80%, size 150).
And at the end liquify filter, play with ball to create your own uniqe fire,plazma ball!

Hands
Mask out hand from original picture, add layer effects: outer glow (dark orange, screen blending, opacity 85%, size 85) and pzttern overlay (fire pattern, soft light blending).
Then use poster edges artistic filter. Duplicate hand flip and place it to the right side of the pic.

Drama
Merge all layers, apply filter distort-lens correction - vignette (to darken edges), play with contrast of different channels to bring more depth to the picture.
Light beams (which you can see in the final result picture)
Duplicate overall picture layer go to image- correction- threshold 150. then apply filte-blur, radial blur (linear, best quality, 80%) set blending to soft light and opacity to 50%.
