Masked and copied part of the hose

Using the arc warp at about 45 to 50% curved the hose

Copies of the hose were rotated and masked to gt the loop
step 4 of 8

Areas of the original image were masked out to allow only the new looped hose to show

Areas between the new looped hose and the old background were file using the cloning tool on a separate layer
step 7 of 8
Water stream was masked and then warped using the Flag mode in warp Duplicated and flipped, a very slight blue hue was added via a clipped mask
step 8 of 8
Additional tile was duplicated and warped to fit behind the original stream of water which was masked out.
