Use mask - close cut mask and bring into liquify and warp nose and bloat rest of mask.

Desaturate and play with levels to simulate chrome.
Close cut nose to make fingers.
Warp fingers into shape and blend into existing hand.
Close cut nose to make fingers.
Warp fingers into shape and blend into existing hand.

Use one of the chrome fingers and close cut out a piece for lenses. Blend into lenses and adjust contrast.
