Remove the metal parts from the background deleting the parts you don't need. I used the pen tool to select and delete key and the rubber tool.

Put the parts you masked out in front of the original photo.

Add a new layer and fill it with the colour dcc989 (using the paint bucket). Make it a clipping mask (Right click the layer, Clipping mask).

(Optional) Add some adjustments. I added contrast, removed some brightnest, modified levels, etc.
