Tree photo is my own. I reduced it with scale tool, then changed color with color/balance tool.

Pills were just vitamins and aspirin that I photographed.
step 3 of 3
Pills were made by duplicating over and over. After placing the groups, lots of touchups were needed where pills overlapped. I used airbrush and paintbrush to do that.
