I cut with and copied the parts that I wanted. I reformed them with liquefy filter, warp tool, free transform. Also I used pen tool, blur filter, blur tool, burn tool, dodge tool, brush tool (in several shapes. For hair I used grass shapes), smudge tool, clone tool, healing patch tool.
