did firstly the colour editing and added few textures like staind glass at few places

used two of my images to that golden border at bottom of dress and other one to give dress a lil different texture

divided the dress in two different pieces .A blouse and a long skirt.the emerald on the blouse are drawn using brush

did a little finishing by adding the peice of golden border at the partitions.

for the duppata ,i drew it using brush and added a stained glass effect,later on blended it to give a transperency.the golden flowers come from one of my image

painted a necklace added few more emeralds and added the text

finally i have added a lil effect to font by painting stars and adding a line on the top to give a look of indian language.

i have added this shadow to the duppatta and window effect to this picture as per suggestions
