enlarged the canvas, copied and flipped the sunflower.

copied the lower part and pasted it on top. Masked the shadow. and blended the parts together.

copied the top part and enlarged it a bit, so i can use it as the body.

changed the shape of the head with the warp tool.
Pasted the head of the teddy bear on top and blended them with a mask.
