The head - I brought the seed pots image into liquify and shaped it then I changed the color and made an oval shape and cut it out.

The lips - I brought the seed pots image into liquify again and shaped lips and later I closecut it and warped them

Guess what...I brought the seed pots image into liquify yet again and did some screwing around and came up with sometining interesting. I then cut out the shape of the glasses and used a brush (white at 100% and also at 50%.) to give it highlights.
The background black layer with gradient tool blush I used a soft brush with 50% red.
