Took the picture of the soldier and masked his surrounding...
step 2 of 12
Now masked some portion of his furry hat...
step 3 of 12
Now masked the head of a pig, re sized it and placed it carefully... And adjusted the image a bit...

Now took the picture of the general and masking the background...
step 5 of 12
Masked the pig head and placed it carefully over the general's face...
step 6 of 12
Now posterizing the general with a level of 10 and adding a old paper texture on it...
step 7 of 12
Now making a rough cut out of it...

Now making a red carpet sort of thing with the pen tool...
step 9 of 12
Now duplicating the soldier 2 times, positioning it and merging it... Then making a shadow...
Now did an threshold adjustment of 60 to it and added a layer style of strikeout with the default setting...

Now duplicating the pig soldier, flipping horizontally and positioning it... This is what I get...

Now adding the general's cut out and adjusting as so it doesn't show thru the gap...
step 12 of 12
Finally added some black stripes and text of font Soviet Punk...
Transformed, skewed and adjusted the perspective to get the final image...
