using the selected part of the image i created the head and the body, mainly using warp and liquify, burn and dodge.

using the upper part of one vacuum tube i created shape 1, using cut warp and liquify to create the sphere-like shape, then using clone tool cloned out the bright white spot in order to have something less shiny.then using shape 1 i created the joint for the arm and the tube-like shape coming out of the back of the head of the robot.

for creating shape 2 i used cut, warp, liquify, same way as for shape 1, but without cloning out the bright spot. after duplicating flipping and some masking i got shape 3.

using shape 2, warping and liquifying it, i made shapes 4, which after duplicating many times was used as seen.

line 1:
using one of the vacuum tubes, duplicating int many times, cutting out one half, duplicating flipping and merging i got the shape i used for all the wires.

shape 3 was created form the previous shape after many random warps.
the arm is made from shape 3 and vacuum tube 2, masking out the unnecessary parts and adding some wires.

the body was also made from vacuum tube 2, using warp.

using the initial shape, warping and liqifying it, duplicating and masking out unnecessary parts i made the robotic hand, using the second shape i made the eye.
