Cut out the flamingo, pasted in a new layer.

New layer, add a circle with inner and outer glow.

Duplicated flamingo layer, opacity 52% and liquify at the center parts.

Used liquify of the original flamingo to create the leaves, hue/saturation to alter colour. Made some changes of the plant pod too.

From original flamingo created the tree trunk with liquify.

Liquified flamingo to create background.

Altered background colour, used brushes, burn and dodge, smudge on the grass.
