Created water. To do it I opened a new document, then painted with a solid colour, add differential clouds. Then emboss and chrome to create water. Free transformed to give depth, hue / saturation for colour.

Burn and dodge to create the clouds.

Copy pasted part of a leaf, then free transform.

Liquify, burn and dodge.
