Cut out the tractor and added several layers to make it look old and abandoned.

Cut out the ground, adding multiple layers with pixelating layers to match the color of the edited tractor and distort it to look somewhat like oily, burnt grass.

Cut out the sky and changed the colors and contrast to match the disaster theme.
step 4 of 4
Added the New York image from Wikimedia, cut the buildings out and then made it somewhat transparent to blend with the sky (fog).
Changed colors, contrast and light to better match the other layers.
