In this first step, upload your bulb image in photoshop and cut out the top part of the bulb using the pen tool. This part will be use for a guide.

Upload your second image which is my water bubble...Using the cut out part of our bulb.to apply the blue water

Now, Use the brush tool and set the opacity to 13% and erase some part of the blue water bubble
step 4 of 4
Using the bubble and erase it to fit into the bulb. then set the opacity to 13% and erase and blend into the bulb
