To start with, I selected this image..

Adjust parameters like hue, colors,lightness and levels so as to get light(yellow) & dark(blue) halves...
For reflection, copy the bulb,flip vertical,adjust properly & reduce opacity...

Resize the globe and position it inside the bulb..Reduce opacity to do above adjustments..

Place the globe below bulb layer and add layer mask to the bulb layer...

Add sun to the lighter side to show sunrise...This is also achieved by layer masking...

Needless to say,the darker side resembles night...so get a moon to add to the effect...again using layer masking technique...

Add some stars surrounding the moon using paint brush tool..This gives a finishing touch to the overall concept...
