Goldfish were masked using a alpha channel mask created from the blue channel which was adjusted with levels and a brush set to opacity

Fish were transformed by flipping and scaling Two copies were used with one set to multiply and portions were spherized
step 3 of 3
A portion of the jelly was copied using color selection and lowered the opacity
