First I selected and removed the first "panel" from the jello mold.

Smooth the edges to make it look more realistic.

Using the rounded rectangle tool, I created the stick using a light brown color.

Selecting the stick and then creating a path allowed the adjustment at the bottom to make it look like a real popsicle stick.

Added monochromatic noise and motion blur to create wood texture.

Placed a personal photo of my hand in the correct position.

Cut out the background on the hand layer and adjusted the size to correspond to the popsicle.

Choosing blue tones, I rendered clouds on a new layer.

Using light blue and white, I brushed a soft round image to the right of the main image. Another motion blur made the image appear cloud-like and blurred the rendered clouds to match more closely.
