Added the face from the other man. Transform and clone stamp to enlarge the nose and alter shape of the mouth.

Added the hair from the ostrich (inverted) and the door. Changed the color of the door.
Added some color in the background and worked a little on the face and arm.

Added ears and eyes from the dog. Matched the color of the ears with that of the face.
