First I chopped out the girl and also a copy of the background

Then took part of the pipe to add to the back wall

Filled in more of the back area with the pipe and door - part of the door cut from the top and the rest I used the vanishing point tool

Did some more vanishing point to the walkway and clone and healing

Then I chopped out the hood of the car

Once I had the hood I free transformed it and changed the exposure of the lighting

Chopped out part of the wall and then also used the clone and vanishing point again
step 8 of 9
I then did more cloning and chopping of the back railing and such and fixed up the car in the front a bit more and put the hood on
step 9 of 9
Next I took my copy of the girl and brought her in to liquefy and put some meat on her bones with the bloat tool and such. Then I just took a low opacity and cloned a bit of the washer fluid and painted in to have it go into the washer holder.
