Created this alien. Everything is entirely out of my mind. No reference. The teeth are created by starting with any gum color. Creating a grayish teeth color. Adding shadows and highlights with the burn and dodge tool.

Laid down the grass image and distorted slightly. Laid down the zipper image and made it longer and shaped correctly.

Created a second layer of grass to blend better over the zipper a little. Created a ground for the aliens with a texture filter. Distorted that layer and used to burn tool to make the distanced ground darker.

Duplicated the alien. Created little balls. Burned and dodged lines to look like veins to create eggs. Or stones

Created the beginnings of a sign. Used the burn tool and dodge tool to create those swirls you see on some pieces of wood. Very loose and fast. More of the same tools to created volume.

Finally added some text for the sign. Rasterized the words, split them up, and used the effects box to add some volume to the words. Burned some areas on the ground for shadows.
