Open image of Three Ladies.
Zoom in on their faces. Paint their eye sockets white.

Use the Eliptical Marquee Tool (M) to make a circle.
Choose an eye color and fill in the circle. CTRL/D to deselect the circle.

Choose a darker color and a small brush to make a smaller circle inside the first circle leaving a ring of the original color showing.

Select a tiny brush and black and draw pupil in each eye.
Select white and draw 2 dots on the edges of each iris.

Select Layer>Layer Styles>Drop Shadow. Also select Inner Shadow.

Select various objects, scale them to size and place them in the statues' laps.

For the Jelly I added a plate by using the Eliptical Marquee Tool (M). I filled it with white. Then created another Elipse inside the white and filled it with gray. Then selected the Layer Mask to place the jelly on the plate.
I selected Layer>Layer Styles>Drop Shadow and Bevel/Emboss on the plate, jelly and doll.

For the cow I used a small soft brush to draw a shadow under the cow.
