Used hue/saturation to change the color and did some warping to fit it the lamp on the back.

Made a strap > area with pentool > filled with brown > some burn > duplicated this layer several times and nudged it to make some depth > gave the new layers some extra burn for depth.

New layer > with brush made a red area and blended it with blending modes

Added a reflection in the water.

Added the blue light again some warping

Again some straps > look at step 2

Added a blue area > step 3

Added some highlights in the lamps.
