I made a basic background with a gradient filter

Add text and lettering to your picture and I used a drop shadow

I added a border and another smaller border with the square selection brush and paint brush
step 4 of 5
Add and size your piggy and I also hand painted the pig's mask and basically liqufied the pig to make him skinny with cs4. Size him up and place him where you want.

Add noise convert to black and white/sepia and I made a duplicate of my wanted text to keep it in color and there you have it very simple
