used "Wing" brushes by ~ProphecyGirl at deviantart.com to make a set of wings, which i duplicated first, then added a light filter to the first set after changing the hue and saturation.
step 3 of 13
placed image "Fireworks 38" by =Disney-Stock at deviantart.com, distorted using spherize and warp tools, duplicated, flipped, and merged....layered on linear dodge and lowered fill opacity....
step 4 of 13
original image "Fireworks 38" by =Disney-Stock at deviantart.com
duplicated wing layer again, applied another light filter to one....
step 6 of 13
used another brush, will have to look up source as it's an oldie in my bunch, to create another design, which i added a light filter to, then blended on overlay....
step 7 of 13
duplicated wing layer, added light filter, gave radial zoom, lowered opacity to 50%....
step 8 of 13
duplicated that layer and changed hue....kept opacity at 50%....
step 9 of 13
another wing layer with a different colored light filter, blended on lighten....
step 10 of 13
duplicated layer with radial zoom and gave a gradient fill, layered on color dodge...
step 11 of 13
this was on a transparent layer, but too difficult to see, so i saved it on black for visibility. i cut out the woman's shape from one of my old discarded Bryce works, many of which i will be uploading into a stock album.....i resized her and layered on linear dodge, at 64% fill opacity.
step 12 of 13
