add a plain dark bg then create a new layer and paint in a texture

place the girl there and paint in mist

Paint in some demons but only using white ... they dont have to be perfect ( as u can see from my effort !!! ) as they will be blended in

then paint, dodge/burn in shadows and details ... i need more practice on this but all i wanted ws to hint detail...
