I removed the white background and used the polygonal lasso tool to select the different parts of the Rhino, then used Layer>New>Via copy
To put the pieces on their own layer.
The neckerchief is painted using a red brush with a small white brush for the dots.

This Background is just 3 layers of different colour blended together with layer masks.

added the image from sxc. blended with a layer mask

Added the water using Flaming pear-Flood. A plugin for PS.
