Duplicate the Jet layer 2-3 times. Use the Halftone Pattern filter under the sketch menu to make the top layer look like this:

Switch the blending on the top layer to Overlay.

Take another duplicate layer and use the Find Edges filter and set the blending on that to Overlay as well.
step 4 of 7
Use the lasso tool to cut out the hand from the stock image. Paste it into the jet image, resize it, and fix the edges with blur, sharpen, and smudge.
step 5 of 7
Render lighting effects on the jet sketch to match the shadows of the hand.
step 6 of 7
Create a layer below the hand and paint shadows. Set the layer to a slightly lower opacity when done.
step 7 of 7
Fix the edges of the hand with the smudge and blur tools.
