Open Muddy Face image.
Duplicate image.
Filter>Other>High Pass.
Set Radius to 75 pixels.
Overlay.
Merge Layers.
Duplicate Background Layer.
Filter>Other>High Pass.
Set Radius to 100 pixels.
Overlay.
Merge Layers.
Duplicate Background Layer.
Filter>Other>High Pass.
Set Radius to 125 pixels.
Overlay.
Merge Layers.
Create a New Layer.
Using the Eye Dropper Tool, select a light blue from her iris. Paint the iris completely.
Select Overlay.
